Educator
With over a decade of experience, Amanda Duisenberg is a dedicated voice and theatre educator, passionate about helping performers find their most authentic sound and storytelling voice. She has served on the Voice Faculty at both New York University and Jessup University, specializing in musical theatre and classical voice while working across all genres.
Amanda’s pedagogical training included extensive observation at the NYU Medical Center, giving her a deep understanding of vocal health and sustainable technique. She prioritizes vocal hygiene and longevity, ensuring that her students develop healthy, versatile voices.
As an acting and audition coach, Amanda has worked in schools, local theatres, and private sessions, helping performers bring truth and confidence to their work. She firmly believes that singing is an extension of communication—meaning that acting and voice go hand in hand, and that everyone has the ability to sing.
Now teaching in NYC, Amanda has openings for private lessons, audition coaching, and masterclasses.
